Madelyn Buchanan of CENTURY 21 Selling Paradise

We were referred to Madelyn by another agent we were working with in another area. I has serious doubts about trying to purchase a Cape Coral home while living in New York, but from day one (and over the course of the next 7 months!) Madelyn provided nearly nonstop service and communication. She would preview homes and send us videos. She'd return calls and emails on Sunday evenings. When we planned a trip to Cape Coral, Madelyn had basically wiped her schedule and spent several full days showing us literally dozens of homes. Despite a few setbacks, a couple of cranky homeowners, and even a torrential downpour with a broken umbrella, Madelyn remained poised, focused, upbeat, and professional. But above all, she treated us like family. Indeed, I would not have expected that level of service from someone I wasn't related to. I wouldn't go anywhere else in her service area.

Madelyn did an amazing job from beginning to end! She was top notch in her effectiveness, knowledge, proficiency, and professionalism. Her knowledge and experience alongwith our patience and positive attitude helped me to understand and feel comfortable with every step of the process! Madelyn is a outstanding agent. She is the one I found on the internet as a high performance seller in her area. Since we are from Pa., it was a decision i had to make knowing that i could trust who ever i pick to help us buy a house in fort myers. I chose the right person. She is trustworty, dedicated, honest hard working, pleasant, knowledge and did things that i did not know a person or agent to do. She picked us up, since we had no car rental, took us to over 15 houses on friday. went back to her office to print out more houses for saturday, we took her to dinner friday night went over the houses for saturday. Picked us up on saturday morning, showed us 15 more. we found one that we liked. she took us to beach and showed us around, she went back to her office. she pulled up comps on the house we wanted. went to dinner and went over paperwork. called her monday morning and she put the offer in we wanted. within 20 minutes we bought the house. she did all the paper work, inspections, repairs, checked the house over and over and she was wonderful took a lot of stress of me since i was in PA.

Madelyn did a great job. I was dealing with two other realtors before her and I got the impression that there interest in was good because I was spending big on a house. Madelyn worked great with me.

Professionalism, pride and patience would be three words I'd use to describe Madelyn. Not being the easiet client she exemplified these features while helping me with my home purchase. I would recommend her to anyone I know. All pros no cons.
