We never thought we'd find exactly what we were looking for in such a crazy market! With Madison's help we made our first offer ever and it was accepted! We haven't talked to a single person in Spokane that has only made one offer on a home and have it accepted. We know families that have been looking for 2 years and have made a dozen offers and have not found a home yet. Madison was a tremendous help in guiding us with what to include in our offer and answering all of the questions we had.
