Buyer reviewWe were first referred to Kathy and Magda by Sherry Stevens of Osage Beach/Camdenton. Sherry assured that we would be treated well. My husband and I have been waiting on God's timing to finally be in a house that was meant for us. After living in a small trailer for five years and haven't seen some of our things since. It was like a dream. Magda took the fear away from us and her and Kathy went out of their way to make us feel comfortable about our selection. The moving forward bit was smooth and throughout all the transaction felt like Magda and Kathy was with us through it all. As far as the company, Century 21, we have history and we were treated the same when we came back from overseas tour of duty and the people in Oklahoma City helped us through all that process which was a big deal then. We felt comfortable with our selection there as well as here.

Seller reviewWorked hard to sell our home. She knew what we needed to get for our home, and went above and beyond to do what she could to sell ours and help us into our new home. This was our first home sale, so there were a lot of things we didn't understand or know how to handle. She walked us through each and every step, making sure we knew what was going on. She was absolutely fantastic.

Buyer reviewWe knew Magda before she became an agent. When we decided to start looking at homes (and listing the home we were living in), she was the one we chose to go with. We knew she would work to find us what we were looking for, and not try to sell us up to something we didn't need or couldn't afford. And she worked hard to find us the perfect house. I couldn't recommend her more. Every step along the way was explained. She was always accessible and answered any and all questions asked. She often went out of her way to make sure we had any questions answered and to meet our needs (inspections, walk-throughs, more inspections, etc). Fantastic agent. But more than that, she's a fantastic person.
