I stated my comments on the prior page, but to reiterate further, Maggie was a pleasure to work with. She has an amazing knowledge of what I was looking for in a home, and I felt like I would find exactly what I wanted. I did find a perfect condo, and I told Maggie that I felt it was meant for me. Through Maggie's hard work and my good credit, I will be moving into my new home on Thursday, October 27th. I cannot say enough about how much Maggie got me through the anxious and stressful times. Selling and purchasing a home, can become a game for some people, but Maggie weeded through all of the confusion. As I stated before, anyone who is looking for a realtor and ask me, will receive Maggie's business card. I can attest that she is first rate. : )

I interviewed 4 realtor agents. For me, from the start Maggie was way above the other 3. She knew the area, was willing to really listen to me re my wants and dislikes about the sales process. No one could have been more available re any of my concerns, questions. Working with her was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Buying a home is a high stress, scary endeavor for the inexperienced. Maggie Britvec was an excellent coach throughout my search -- professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I found the home that I wanted. She explained everything carefully and kept me in the loop as the process progressed. She was always available and prompt to respond when I had questions. We had an instant rapport, and over the course of this process we also became good friends. Maggie held my hand every step of the way, was supremely patient with my hundreds of novice questions, and was exactly the right person to steer me towards the purchase of a great house. We looked at a lot of properties together, and it might have tried the patience of other agents, but Maggie was comforting, honest, and had bottomless reserves of patience, humor, sympathy and warmth. I could never thank her enough for her guidance. Maggie was such an even-keeled person throughout the process, and even when I broke down in tears over the stress of closing on my house, she was a shoulder to cry on and an avid cheerleader. She really wanted me to find a house I would be happy with, and she made herself available night or day to look at an umpteenth property. Her calm demeanor and generosity of spirit made the whole experience less agonizing for me, and I will be forever grateful to her. She's a great agent and a really lovely person, to boot!
