Buyer reviewThis is an excellent experience. Everyone is happy. Basically, we just followed his procedure. He is the best realtor ever. He really concerned what we want and what we need. Moreover, he was always think one step before us.He helped us to find this townhome, which really met our needs with such a wonderful price. No words can express how nice he is. We really trust him because he is such a nice person. He would gave us some advice whenever we need. Since he could speak Chinese, there is no communication problems between us. For every property we went in, he would let us know every detail about the property.He would tell us all the advantages and the disadvantages of the property. He is very professional. He knows all the details about how to estimate the value of the property. Based on his knowledge, we saved a lot of money. He is the best one I met. We are glad to have him when we were dealing with such a life-affected choice.

And we are still living in other city when the house was closed, Ben helped to deal with everything before and after we got the new house. He is easily accessible and very very prompt in his communications. Even though I had reservations when we started looking for homes, whatever he said initially became true when we finalized the home. So, I value Ben's opinion very much now. Overall we had a great experience and I would recommend Ben to my friends without any reservations any time.
