Buyer reviewManal is very knowledgeable about the local market, especially 2-family investment homes. What makes her stand out, is her genuine care for my property investment goals. She never tries to make a quick sale or be pushy about properties that she doesn't think align with my investment goals. She is very practical in her approach and advice, something not many realtors posses. Manal was involved throughout the bidding and closing processes and pushed things along with both sellers and my attorney. I have previously used Manal when purchasing other investment properties and will continue to use her in the future without any hesitations. As previously mentioned, Manal has been extremely accommodating and responsive, from showing the house a few times, to offering to be there for CO inspection, and responding to her personal phone, emails and text messages during nights, weekends and even on her birthday when she was out to dinner.

Because of that we had first selection on getting to see the house and putting a bid on it. Without her help we would not be living in this house today! Thank you very much for such exceptional service! She was always available both in person and on the phone when we needed her no matter what time it was which was wonderful with our busy work schedules! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Manal! She aims to please and is a joy to work with. The next person looking to get a house with her as their agent is a lucky person.
