As a 38 year resident of the Farmington area, I have vast knowledge of San Juan County and am proud to call it home. As a Realtor I have enjoyed finding and selling homes for my clients. I have been a Broker with CENTURY 21 SoWesCo Realty through my whole Real Estate career and was lucky enough to became the Qualifying Broker in 2020. And I am proud to have opened a branch in Durango Colorado area as well. When not doing Real Estate I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, playing games, golfing and watching my daughter play softball.

Mandy was patient and clear in explaining options to me in a way that made me feel confident in my choices. There were times when my interests needed championed behind the scenes and Mandy did an exceptional job as my advocate. Mandy also helped me with scheduling critical inspections etc. to ensure that I met all of my obligations under the contract. I felt that Mandy understood the type of property I was looking for and spent time researching options that met those requirements and did not waste my time with properties that were out of scope. This clarity of purpose kept me from getting frustrated or giving up on finding a property I loved.

Mandy went way above the call of duty and I felt safe throughout the entire transaction, which is saying a lot as I don't have a very high trust level when it comes to real estate transactions.
