I first contacted Mandy almost a year ago and informed her of my situation, that I would be in the market for a home in August of this year, but I wanted to focus all my attention on my studies at USM Gulf Park. She completely understood and suggested that I could send her examples of what I was looking for from realtor.com so that when the time came we wouldn't spend a lot of time looking at places that would not be what I wanted. Mandy kept in contact with me throughout the semester and even encouraged me to do well in school. I really grew to appreciate her as a friend and someone that I trust. If a person had their heart set to buy a home on the moon, I'm supremely confident that Mandy would find a way to make it happen for them lol. In all seriousness, Mandy is just a wonderful human being, she excels at everything she sets her mind to accomplish and I'm just extremely fortunate to have crossed paths with her to help me through this process. Mandy answered any and every question that I had. I had plenty because this was my first home-buying experience. She provided an invaluable service to me and I couldn't be more grateful. She was present and available at every meeting with the seller, superintendent, walk-through, and closing. It was awesome and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. From start to closing, what I thought was going to be a stressful experience, was actually quite pleasant and painless. Thanks to Mandy!

Mandy is a great resource to me as a real estate investor with interest in the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She gets it, is super attentive to detail, and looks for opportunities of interest to me.
