Buyer reviewThe friend who referred us to Mandy, described Mandy as "Delightful" and indeed, working with her was a delight. Mandy made the whole process as easy as possible. She worked hard to understand our needs and wants. She diplomatically and gently let us know when our expectations might not be realistic. Her communication was clear and prompt, her follow through was consistent and at times she wend above and beyond what we would have expected. Some specific examples included doing virtual walk throughs, pro-actively prescreening properties, helping us get answers on the property tax status, quickly getting information from the sellers, and volunteering to help us with some follow-through items after the sale. We would strongly recommend Mandy.

I didn't select or decide on Century 21. Century 21 happens to be the company she works with. I decided on Mandy after a previous meeting at a possible investment property. She was straightforward kind and also referred us to someone who was very knowledgeable and able to help direct us in the loan process. Mandy was very kind very patient and always willing to meet and show us whatever house we wanted to look at she was very prompt and excelled at setting a daily schedule for what properties we would be looking at throughout a day. There is nothing bad neither myself or my wife can say about Mandy. We are very pleased.
