Mandy not only helped me stage the house she also helped with the clean up of the property and had my best interests at heart!!! Words cannot express my gratitude!!

We happened to find Mandy when we were wanting to look at a property; my husband called a number and was connected with her. Upon meeting her, we were immediately comfortable with her and wanted to continue dealing with her. Mandy handled all aspects of the purchase process in a professional and timely manner and was all-around great to work with. Mandy is friendly, helpful, knowledgable, approachable and more. She was very easy to work with and every time after meeting with her I would find myself telling my husband and parents, etc just how nice and personable she is. Mandy was wonderful to work with, even when we had to pester her on the weekends and evenings...pester is my term because I felt bad having to contact her during times that I feel are down/family time, but she never gave us any indication that we were "pestering" her :)

Mandy was responsive and engaging from the first minute she answered the phone. The property that I was inquiring about was no longer on the market, so she immediately asked good questions to understand my needs and sent me information promptly about alternative properties. That resulted in a face to face the following weekend to view different properties. Mandy Peterson was truly one of the best professionals I have ever worked with in any field. That is high praise, of which she is extremely deserving. While I believe I am relatively reasonable to work with, I have expectations regarding communication, attention to detail, follow through and competence. On a 10 point scale, I would rate her a 25! Mandy is a great listener and communicator. She helped me to discern what I was looking for and tested various properties until we found several that met my needs. She is a fun friendly person, so the process of looking at properties with her was enjoyable. Once I found a property I really liked, Mandy helped me with resources and personal assistance to help me with all of the potential barriers. I am a widow and am buying this property to enjoy with immediate and extended family and friends. Mandy's assistance to identify local services, to find a trusted contractor who could help me with a few necessary fixes to the properties and to make the modifications necessary for my brother who is in a wheelchair, and to personally offer the assistance of she and her family to help me with the initial move in were absolutely above and beyond. Without that help and support, I'm not sure I could have ever gotten comfortable with taking this on, even as a competent homeowner. Regarding the real estate transaction itself, Mandy was a great communicator, paid great attention to detail (for example on the inspection follow up items, the property included in the transaction, etc). I had confidence in her understanding of the process, her judgment on the price and terms, and guiding me through all aspects of the negotiation, purchase agreement, inspection, communicating with the other realtor, title/mortgage/insurance, and the final walkthroughs. She helped me to assess significant vs. insignificant items to deal with in the negotiations. There were extenuating circumstances due to the fact the purchase was taking place literally over the Christmas holiday, that she guided impeccably. When a snowstorm struck the weekend before the closing, we did a FaceTime virtual walk through to avoid any surprises on closing day. Based on our past interactions, I was 100% comfortable with her assessment. It turned out that a few items had not been completed by a vendor and Mandy navigated that successfully with the other realtor. It was also necessary for the seller to escrow dollars since an outdoor repair couldn't be completed in the winter. Mandy was diligent to make sure this was structured appropriately. Overall, Mandy never cut corners- we met at 7 am the day of closing and drove 1 hour to the property to do one last walk through right before closing. This was after driving to the Twin Cities and helping me move using her personal trailer. She and her family didn't get home until after 11:30 pm!! One thing after another throughout the process, Mandy was competent, detail oriented, proactive, an excellent communicator. On every one of these dimensions, I would say Mandy was excellent! She was an absolute delight to work with and her follow through, responsiveness and helpfulness was above and beyond. I always felt like I could reach out to her with any question, big or small. Mandy and I really connected at a personal level- this was a pleasant, fun, hassle free experience. Her personal integrity, friendliness and kindness were the attributes that truly set Mandy apart.
