She knows the monmouth area well and was able to direct me to properties in specific developments based on my preferences. This saved us tons of time in the search and appreciative for that. Once under contract, Marcia was in constant communication with what I needed to get done and by when. And when the other side of the transaction was lagging behind, Marcia was in constant contact with the Sellers agent to find out status of items even before I could ask to her make outreach. These little things go a long way in a home sale in my opinion. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with than Marcia! Marcia came highly recommended from family and friends and after working with her I can see why! And you can add me to the list of people that recommend Marcia now too.
