Your Realtor for Life! I found my passion in real estate at the young age of 19, when I started my Real Estate career. I feel like I've been a Realtor since a toddler due to my mother, Marilyn Oldham, has been in Real Estate since the middle seventies. I truly love helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals when it comes to real estate. Serving the Metro-Richmond area and over 16 surrounding counties. I am not set on one area, my motto is "I go where the client wants to go"! Born and raised in Chesterfield County, Virginia has given me the experience and knowledge necessary to assist buyers and sellers within the entire Metro-Richmond area. I pride myself on the knowledge of the market values and trends within the community. I am recognized and respected throughout the community for putting marketing, negotiating and people skills to work, while efficiently accomplishing the task at hand. I am compassionate and a dedicated professional, I always put my client's best interest at heart.
Being a Realtor for over 30+ years has allowed me to run my business approximately 75% by referral.

I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after the sale. Instead of disappearing after the closing, you can expect me to keep in touch. I will send you valuable information periodically and will also call to check in and see if you need anything.

But because I felt so comfortable and confident with Marcia Vick from day one, she made the whole process seem seamless, and even fun at times. To get the house of my dreams on only the second try in this market speaks volumes to Marcia Vick's expertise. As a first-time home buyer, I was a little nervous throughout the whole process because everything was so new to me, but Marcia Vick held my hand every step of the way and made sure that I felt like everything was going to be okay. And she was right! I also felt like she was a great advocate for me during the time we were negotiating some of the terms with the sellers. I would recommend Marcia Vick hands down to any friends or loved ones trying to buy or sell a home because she's been in the industry for so long, respects every question you have (even if you're new and no question is a stupid question in her eyes) and answers it until she's she is sure you understand the answer to your question. She's extremely prompt, and she really cares. I will be using Marcia Vick for any and all my real estate needs in the future!
