Seller reviewI worked with Marco on the sale of my investment property and he did an amazing job representing me and working hard to get the best results for me. My property needed repairs and Marco arranged for all of them. Additionally, Marco worked with the City of Los Angeles Housing Department to facilitate a number of tenant issues to insure a smooth closing. Finally, Marco gained the trust of my tenants, which was no easy feat given the uncertainty surrounding the sale of the property. I have worked with a number of brokers in the past and I can truly say that Marco is the best one I have worked with so far.
