Buyer reviewMy husband and I originally called about some land that Marcy Fox / Century 21 had for sale in Winamac, IN. Marcy helped us walk through the building process and get multiple different quotes for different designs. Then one day when we see a house come onto the market that has everything and wanted plus some. Though we had been going down the building path Marcy was extremely helpful when we pivoted and made a last minute decision to look at the house. Within in a week we had put in an offer on our forever home, listed out previous home for sale, and had an offer on the table. Though it moved quickly and was overwhelming at times, Marcy was excellent in providing us with what the next steps were and who to even contact with name and number. We wouldn't be in our new home happy as could be without her professional assistance and being easy to reach and contact for questions or help.
