It is a very difficult time to shop, but they made the experience great and I would most certainly use both Maggie and Lakeside again. I grew up in the Youngstown area and moved to the Carolinas 10 years ago. My family and I decided to move back to the area to be near family. I found Maggie by a recommendation of my brother. We knew we wanted to live in the New Middletown area, which is also where Maggie lived. Before speaking with her, we originally were going to go with a different brokerage. But after speaking with Maggie, I didn't have to look elsewhere. She assured me we would find our dream home even in a short amount of period. She has a way of keeping you calm just by speaking with her and I knew I would need that through this journey. Maggie went above and beyond for us. Since we were out of state, she went into each home as if she would be purchasing it for her family and showed us every detail we would need to see and never made us feel as if we were being too much. She had great knowledge of the area we were purchasing and her expertise of the entire process was calming for us knowing we didn't have to question her methods. Maggie kept me calm during the entire process and always assured us that we would find a great home, and she made it happen. She treated us like family and I would recommend her to anyone. She answered our questions any time of day, even late at night. This agency is very lucky to have her. Almost sad that it's over because of how much of a joy it was to work with her.
