Seller reviewI believe Margaret's speaking of the Polish language was going to help in the marketing and sale of our house. Margaret was friendly and pretty easy to work with and I believe we worked well as a team. Margaret was very good in following up with other brokers, potential buyers, lender, attorneys, etc. I enjoyed working with Margaret very much. We worked together on mutual suggestions on how to get our house ready for sale and we both completed all the pre-sale tasks that we said that we were going to complete. Margaret did all the "grunt work" very well with respect to attending showings, marketing our property, coordinating with the photographer, talking to other real estate agents, etc. Also, always being "on top of" the selling process i.e. house inspections, repair work needed, being on site for the house appraisal, communicating with attorneys, etc. She was professional and yet, at the appropriate time, sometimes informal which made me feel comfortable talking with her and meeting with her and even bringing delicious Polish pastries to our introductory meeting and to the closing of our house. Overall, it was a nice and profitable experience working with Margaret.
