In addition to my role as office manager, I am also a certified relocation specialist and I also assist military families with their moves. Buyer reviewFrom the moment we made contact with Meg she exuded such a natural love and knowledge of Medford that we instantly knew we did not want to work with anyone else. She completely understood what we were looking for as a family with two little boys. We cannot sing Meg enough praises. Never once did we feel like she was trying to sell us a house to just make commission. She was genuinely invested in us as a family and wanted to be part of finding our own little slice of happiness in Medford! Our trust level with Meg was without a doubt 100%. Hands down an exceptional experience with Meg from start to finish.

Buyer reviewMy husband has known Meg Willwerth for some time now and suggested using her, when we decided to sell my home and buy our first home together. We weren't the typical buyers. We are older and were looking for a very specific feel of a home with lots of property to start a small farm. In this market, with the insanity of Covid and with incredibly limited houses, to fit our needs, we weren't sure if this would even be a possibility. But Meg found us our dream! We wound up having issues with our buyers, due to their mortgage team and then issues with the sellers, due to their realtor. It was a very stressful time and Meg handled it like a champ and kept all parties, informed and calm and pushed it forward so we were finally able to close both houses on the same day! She (and her team) were absolutely amazing! They ALL stayed with us after hours, the day before Thanksgiving, to make sure we closed properly and delayed their own festivities to make sure that we could get into our new house before Thanksgiving! And we could not be happier!! We will only use Meg for any of our Realtor needs (not that we're planning on moving from this awesome place). She is our realtor an would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Seller reviewI was introduced to Meg by my husband, who had dealt with her previously. I was selling my house, in order for my husband and I to buy our first house, together. I swear we ran into every obstacle selling, due to many factors (Covid, having only 1 1/2 baths, original buyers bailing on deal, etc.), especially after it went under contract. The buyers and their Mortgage team seemed to make this process exceedingly more difficult then it needed to be. Painfully difficult! (To the point where we were stuck in our home with no furniture- packed and moved already- and completely unable to close on our new home...process was delayed almost a week and then it came down to the last minute, for us to know if we were even going to be able to close, the day before Thanksgiving!). BUT, Meg and her whole team (inc Title co), were absolutely beyond exceptional at getting it all done, staying to the very end, being on call even AFTER hours, the day before a holiday, and trying to keep everyone involved calm and cool, with such a positive demeanor. AND, she helped us find, and get, our dream farmhouse, which was a miracle, during Covid. Without question I would use her again. She will be OUR realtor from here on out. I will definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor!! Love her!! Thanks so much, Meg!!

Seller reviewMeg did an amazing job selling our home. She was experienced and informative. Everything she predicted about my sale happened from the quickness of the sale to the final price. She made herself available even outside normal business hours and calmed me when I was nervous or unsure. Her professional yet friendly demeanor made this such a positive experience. I would absolutely run to Meg again if I needed to buy or sell.
