Buyer reviewMs. Margot has really stepped up and is a phenomenal realtor! She has really gone above and beyond to provide the best services for me and my family. Our adventure in buying our first home was very stressful for reasons out of most everyone's control (court decisions, repairs). She kept us informed as to the many, many changes that were occur to complete our process in buying a home. I am sure there were times she was just as frustrated as we were with the news we received from the seller's realtor. Without any reservations she paid for services on our behalf, which I believe the seller should have been charged for since they caused such a long delay and settlement was delayed two and a half months. We are so grateful for her gifts to move this process along, so that we could finally go to settlement. Without her help and guidance, we would still be waiting to settle on our new home. Her work ethic and attention, from big ticket items to small details, were very thoughtful and thorough. She really made our settlement day super special but requested it multiple times to be on our anniversary. Even after our settlement was completed, she is still invested in our best interests and I believe she will not stop until questions are answered. I would highly recommend Ms. Margot to anyone, as it is difficult to find such a caring warm-hearted person.
