Marguerita went above and beyond to make sure my condo sold at a good price and in a timely fashion. There were some challenges with the HOA and she consistently was in contact with them and helping the issues to get resolved, there were also issues with the buyers' lender and she also stayed on top of that, she worked very hard in showing the condo, dealt with different offers, and is a joy to work with and be around, very fun yet professional. I recommend her all the time to people selling/buying property.

Marguerita was an absolute joy to work with! Since I wasn't very familiar with Sonoma, she took the time to drive me around and inform me about different neighborhoods. She was very helpful with my decision about where to buy. She also educated me about local restaurants and shops, which will be so helpful when I live there. Marguerita's manner was always calm and gracious even in the most stressful situation. It was quite amazing to observe how calm she stayed. I really can't say enough positive things about her professional yet super friendly manner. I give her rave reviews to all my friends and would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Marguerita!!!!
