Seller reviewMari was realistic from the start, she had suggestions that would make a empty home look more appealing. She had insight on what needed to be done to prep the home prior to listing it. Once it was listed Mari kept me informed about showings, comments that potential buyers made about the house. Once an offer was made, she listened and advised me of what to expect next. Prior to closing I had all the costs and the amount I would get for the home. She answered all of my questions knowledgably. It was very organized. No surprises.
