Seller reviewMaria is a friend from high school days so I knew she was a smart and kind person. She went above and beyond to help my mom with the sale of the home. She was consistently patient and communicative with all details pertaining to all aspects of the sale process. I am so grateful for her professional and compassionate behavior towards my elderly mother. This home would be my mother's final sale after 48 years of owning properties. Buyer reviewMaria, was Amazing throughout this whole transaction. She walked me through this process and figuratively held my hands. She eased my tensions and worries. She is very knowledgeable and very professional. Now, when it came to negotiating and fighting for me, well, she was in my corner all of the way. There was one instance when the title company was trying to charge me an exorbitant fee for a specific service and Maria said "Absolutely Not !! " She convinced them to lower their price by over 50%. I was very impressed that they capitulated so easily. Maria was and is very Wonderful. It seemed that she worked tirelessly. I usually had questions for her late into the night and she was always right there answering them. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, Maria ....... I could not have gotten here without you ..... If you are looking for a realtor (partner) that is wholly on your side and ONLY has your best interest, then Maria Charca is the partner that you want. Thank You

Seller reviewI was very impressed with Maria's services in helping me sell my home. She was able to list my home and held two open houses on the first weekend of the listing. Due to her excellent marketing of the property, there were over 90 visitors at the open house in the first weekend. She received multiple offers and negotiated the highest offer for me. She was able to find a buyer within the first week of the home being listed. She kept me well informed throughout the whole process and was able to secure an offer that was $50,000 over list price. She worked tirelessly in ensuring that I was completely satisfied at all times by providing frequent updates and responding to all my calls and questions promptly. She was on top of all the details relating to this transaction and as a result the process went very smoothly for the opening to the closing of escrow. I would strongly recommend using Maria's service and you will not be disappointed.
