Once we made the decision to sell, it was easy to choose Maria because we had seen her emails listing same in the complex. It was easy to contact Maria and the price analysis that she did was very close to what we had decided. We and she communicated very easily at any hour or day of the week. Because of the Covid virus, we were not able to come FL as we had planned. Maria facilitated all paper work electronically. After she cleaned and staged the unit she put it on the market quickly. It was on the market for less than a week when she got an offer that we accepted with minimal negotiations. Because of her preparation the inspection went smoothly. We had bought tickets to come to Fl and clean out all of our personal items. But, the virus made that trip impossible. We asked that she have her cleaning crew do that for us, but they were no longer doing that. Maria stepped up and did it herself. She found the items that we wanted to keep, packaged them up and delivered them to UPS for us, donated clothing and tossed food items. The closing did require us to have emailed documents printed and notarized, but the attorney and his assistant made that process fairly easy. Maria had to get involved with the buyer's end of this as he was not able to print out his forms. All in all the whole process from contacting Maria to closing was just over one month. ...maybe a record. Thanks.
