I cannot begin to have enough positive words to say about Maria. To put it simply, she is the perfect real estate agent and everything we could have hoped for being first-time buyers. Throughout every step of the process, Maria was there to guide and assist with whatever was needed whenever it was needed. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and always present to help us with whatever came up. My partner and I both feel so incredibly lucky to have landed with Maria as our real estate agent, and ultimately we were able to buy our dream home through her. We were so lucky to have been able to work with her through our first experience of home buying

We were first time home buyers, and Maria Kaftanovskaya made the process such a joy! She broke everything down for us and was so patient with our thousands of questions, ensuring that we were taken care of every step of the way (from the initial meeting / tour of the house, through to signing our closing documents). Maria, being centrally located, was able to show us properties within quite a reach from our home base. Maria had no problem pulling together virtual visits, as we were in NY, and she in FL. Maria conducts a very thorough walk through, videotaping the amenities closely and shows the AC and hot water units closely. We did not buy the first year we worked with Maria.,It was 2021 and Florida market was crazy. We stayed in close touch over the fall and winter, with a timeline of buying to be around Spring/Summer 2022. Is he had us set up to receive listings as soon as they went on the market, and if there was something we wanted to see, she would have a scheduled showing within a day. Maria was a bold negotiator. We were in negotiation for one home, and she suggested I write a letter to the sellers, telling them of the emotional things that drew me to their home. We were told the pull of the letter may have worked. We were financing, and the other offer was cash. That beats out most nostalgia. From start to Finish, dealing with my agent and my broker:..Maria is simply the best.

Very understanding, listened to what I was looking for, mainly with the budget I was going for at the time. Provided quick responses the process was quite fast never had to wait, Maria was there all through the way for anything I needed As mentioned before, the process was quick and Maria was on point every step of the way when it came to obtaining the home I wanted. Amazing to work with and truly made the home buying process a lot easier than imagined. Truly an excellent experience working with Maria

Maria Kaftanovskaya was recommended to me and she did not disappoint. She is always available and responds quickly. She was able to find us a fantastic property and helped us secure it. She has helped with any issues we've had along the way (and there's been a few). She has a great personality and is easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
