Maria has a lot of knowledge, and she cares about you and your buying process. She was available 24/7 to answer our questions and to address our concerns. She got as involved as we were, it felts like she was the co-owner of our the house! Maria (Gabby) went above and beyond. For any concern we had, there was an email within 5 minutes to the developer asking for clarification. Communication during the whole process was vital for us. Last but not least, she didn't fade after the closing! She keeps in touch, making sure we are following the post-closing steps, for instance, registering the equipment serial numbers into each vendor for guarantees, following up with the lender for the recorded Deed, and now following the steps to file it for Homestead Exemption. We feel comfortable recommending her to anybody; she will walk the whole process with you from A to Z in a very professional way!

Maria Gabriela Lara, Gabby, has been so professional and kind that I will do more real estate business through her. For customer of Latin America that are not 100 % fluid in English I recommend contact her to do real estate business in Spanish.
