We were referred to Maria through the Zillow website, when asking to see a home. She responded within 5 minutes of the referral. Maria (Gaby) was very professional, easy to contact, responded to requests quickly and was very personable. We purchased this home from out of state and it was seamless. Maria (Gaby) took care of everything we needed, often before we knew we needed it! Maria (Gaby) wanted to ask the sellers for concessions for us due to some items that were found during the inspection. We declined them but she was very willing to go to bat for us. I would not hesitate to use Maria (Gaby) again if we needed to make another purchase.

Gaby has been of tremendous help as we approach the Orlando real state market, which we did not now previously. As we live abroad, Gaby has taken the time to carefully help us find a proper location and a type of construction aligned with our expectations.
