Maria showed great determination when working with my family and me to find the right home. The housing market was very challenging and our family needs were very particular (community, schools, commute to work, etc.). Maria was tenacious! Maria showed great determination, energy and resourcefulness which resulted in a house we are proud to call our home. Thank you Maria for all you have done for us! Maria's expertise and knowledge was reassuring. Her recommendations of an offering price to recommendations for a home inspection, the process felt seamless. Maria knew when to follow-up with the seller's agent and when to allow more time for consideration… Maria knows the process extraordinarily well. My realtor in Colorado, Tom Hyde, highly recommended Maria Otterbine since I didn't know any realtors in Texas. Every one in the office, especially Cynthia, was friendly and helpful. Maria is the best! Since I had never bought a house before and had never lived in Texas, the choice of a realtor I could trust unconditionally was very important. Maria helped me every step of the way. If not for her, I would not have found the perfect home. She was there for me explaining all of the paperwork involved. She answered any questions I had. She really went above and beyond and I consider her a friend. She is really an asset to your company and I plan to recommend her to my daughter when she is ready to buy a home.
