Being a past trainer for Century 21 Alliance, I possess the knowledge to educate my customers and clients . They explained the need for certain details and helped me above and beyond showing me a range of properties in a relatively large market area and price range. Thanks to them both for their dedication and resourcefulness. They were able to make the process efficient and streamlined. The entire closing procedures took less than a month from start to finish, but it felt like they took their time to explain all the procedures and steps in depth and made a complicated procedure effortless.

Marianne was.well prepared at our first listing appointment with her and did an excellent job of explaining how my parents home compared to current listings and sales. She took her time, was very thorough and kept in constant touch throughout the process. Marianne always called after showings and provided feedback each and every time. She was very available and returned calls promptly. There was nothing about our experience with Marianne that we were dissatisfied with.
