Marianne was the agent who sold me my house in Ponderosa Hills near Tuolumne CA in 2007 (the beginning of the real estate bubble burst. I had 2 open escrows at once and my buyer's first lender declined at the last minute - Arghh!!! Marianne helped me keep my cool when I was near a melt-down). When I sold that house in 2022, naturally I chose Marianne as my agent. She served as both buyer and seller agent. asked me if that was ok, and it was because I TOTALLY trusted her to treat both of us parties fairly, and she did. Even though our new home is outside Marianne's usual territory and I had found the place myself, I still wanted her expert negotiating, diplomatic skills for the transaction. We went through one property that I ran out of contract as if my hair were on fire after failed septic and other unfavorable inspection results. We went through similar difficulties with the next and current property over a failed septic, and Marianne as always stayed cool and negotiated the right arrangements with the right people to make this transaction happen, and not only am I and my partner thrilled with the result but so is the seller.

Marianne put in extra effort to protect us during our domino sale. It was a different process and she made it easy for us. She explained everything to us and answered all my questions clearly. She worked with our realtor in Florida when needed and has become more of a friend. I'll miss her.
