Buyer reviewMarie and Dennis helped us search for the perfect home and once we were in escrow they handled all the curveballs that came our way in escrow. They were able to negotiate a closing credit and get repairs taken care of that were necessary for us to move into the home. They are both wise and and kind in how they handled the negotiations but being firm when it was called for. We can't thank them enough for all their hard work that they on our behalf. It truly is difficult to find people that are great at their job and their motives are not just to make more money. Marie and Dennis work in such a way that you know you are going to be taken care of. Thank you again!!

Seller reviewMarie has helped us with multiple homes in the past. She understands how much communication I require and takes care of the details. Marie first performed a market analysis and helped to set a price point with strong back up. Marie brought in a professional photographer and produced a stunning flyer. Traffic through the house was immediate and frequent, and we received multiple offers very quickly. The house went to escrow within two weeks of posting, however that buyer fell out. Two other buyers negotiated fully and then pulled out just before escrow. Our final buyer had many complications (out of state, language barriers) and Marie stayed on it and helped carry it to completion, while maintaining back up potential buyers at the same time. It was a roller coaster at times, and I needed reassurance and frank opinions. Marie did it all. The next time we buy or sell, Marie will be my first call.
