Marilou was very flexible and responsive to all of our questions. She is a PRO at handling difficult sellers. She is very very good at negotiating and at also advising what could be negotiable when purchasing a home. We realized whe was very well established in the community when we met all of her recommended inspectors, they were all EXCELLENT to work with. Marilou is my go-to real estate agent in the area and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a home.

This was our second time working with Marilou, and we could not have been happier. We are so grateful for her professionalism and deep knowledge. She also genuinely cares for her clients and is constantly thinking about what her clients need. She is proactive and transparent. She even went above and beyond to answer questions that our buyer had even though she wasn't his realtor. After the closing, our buyer even admitted that he wishes he had worked with Marilou and said he would recommend her for his family and friends. This shows how Marilou's work ethic as well as authenticity pays off. Her attention to detail is top notch, and she is always responsive no matter what time of the day. She is respectful and thoughtful, and provides honest advice based on her wealth of experience.
