This purchase price requires a different approach as you consider the needs and wants of buyers in that price range. She accomplished with skill and charm and still maintaining a warm, home-town approach to the business.

I had the biggest nightmare transaction and she took everything in stride and did everything in her powers to get me in the house I so wanted. Seller reviewI have known Marilyn to be professional in her work for years. She is very caring and was very supportive of this endeavor. This was a hard thing I had to do in selling this house because my husband and I purchased it for my mother to live in 16 years ago. We recently had to place her in a nursing home and Mom could never go back to "her" home again. Marilyn has known my mother and me for most of our lives and was considerate in selling this property so quickly. There were several offers on the house and Marilyn helped things move along as rapidly as they could be. When one buyer backed out because I wouldn't agree to her low counter offer, Marilyn immediately put the house back on the market online and had another contract within an hour. I would certainly recommend Marilyn Barnwell to anyone looking for a realtor.
