Her house was very sound and in a desirable neighborhood, but needed cosmetic updates. Since I live at a distance from the house, it would have been very difficult for me to supervise any renovations. Marilyn helped us find a buyer who was willing to buy the house "as is" at a good price. We are very pleased and would recommend her to anyone.
