She was available to answer any questions we had and would answer phone calls, emails, and texts right away. She is an amazing negotiator, and was able to have the seller pay closing costs and get us a home warranty. When an issue arose that could hinder FHA financing, Majorie got the seller to repair it on a sold "as is" property. She looked out for our best interests. She helped us find and purchase our first home and went above and beyond all of our expectations. We had previously met a few other realtors, but decided to go with Majorie because she is a genuine person who deeply cares for her clients.
