Buyer reviewFrom the moment we met Mark, we knew we liked him. Unlike other Realtors, he was not pushy, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. We had a difficult time finding our home, to no fault or lack of effort from Mark. He was always positive and flexible. Once we found our home and the offer was accepted, Mark's experience really showed with his step by step explanation of what to expect during the closing process. The icing on the cake was when a small issue was becoming a nuisance. Knowing that we live about 2 hours away and frustration was setting in, Mark took care of the situation with a simple, "I got this". Sure enough, the issue was resolved and everything proceeded without an issue. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new home, and we owe to our humble friend Mark!
