I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 1984 having over 30+ years of Real Estate experience, listing and selling residential and commercial properties covering Cook, Dupage, and Will Counties. I am formerly a retired Suburban Police Officer having served for 24 yrs. Real Estate Broker-Multiple year Quality Service and Pinnacle award winner-Member of Illinois Realtors formerly Illinois Association of Realtors-Member of The National Association of Realtors. Seller reviewI feel very comfortable with Mark. I trust his judgment. He is a positive person and very caring. I trust him. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the laws. Mark always follows up and provides real time updates. Mark in my opinion is extremely competent. I have another house on the market that Mark has listed. I will continue enlisting Mark in all my real estate endeavors. Mark is an asset to the company. He is highly professional and courteous. He cares about his clients. When I told mom my mom was going in a nursing home he sent her flowers. How nice. Mark and Loretta are wonderful to work with I believe my house would have been sold sooner than it was, but the current health issues in the world put everything on hold.

Buyer reviewI was a first time home buyer. I learned that short sales take some time. Mark did an excellent work and made this home closing so much easier than I imagined it would be. I had a lot of fun at times just talking to Mark relevant and non relevant to business. He is a very down to earth person. I came to the conclusion that Mark takes his job very serious. He gave me a lot of advice which I really appreciate. Mark took his time explaining everything to me when I had any questions. I got to meet his lovely wife and they were both always so polite and helpful. I would most definitely recommend Mark to my friends whom are interested in purchasing a home in the future.
