I am a lifelong resident of Bemidji. I attended Bemidji State University and graduated with a degree in Business and have been active in real estate since 1984. Along with my wife, Wanda, I take an active role in civic, church and community affairs. I enjoy participating in all the great outdoor activities that our community has to offer with my two sons.

We had such an amazing experience with Mark and were honestly a little sad that we were done working with him when the buying process was over.

Have been in the business community of Bemidji for over 35 years, and a resident since 1963. Knowing individuals in the community and their success, a choice of a broker was easy. Marl Dickinson was second to none. Regardless of Mark's daily schedule he always had time for me as the seller, with any questions I may have had. And acknowledged my wife's health conditions at all times, making it easier on myself and her. Experience and fortitude can be only a measure of success which Mark has! Advertising of home with drone service provided a great tool on Zillo for a showing. Was intended by the seller to use for the private sale of the home. Purchased a new home before advertising the existing home and wanted quicker sales than one I may have had on a private listing. And Mark reached out to individuals from out of state to confirm the sale, with confidence and consistency to the seller and buyer. The staffing of Century 21 only showed home a few times. Most showing were made by other realtors with multi-listings of the home.

Mark was a referral to us and worked well, he did was was asked and had my property not sold before I toke it off the market for the year I would have asked Mark again to help in the following year.
