mark should be named realtor of the year! mark dix is an excellent realtor! we are happy we met mark dix. he made us feel comfortable and has great people skills and knows what he is doing.

Mark was very aggressive, thorough, and was able to follow through in every detail. Mark would make things happen, rather than wait for something to happen. Mark kept us informed at every step of the way. Mark was very upbeat, positive, and a joy to work with.

Mark Dix was available when I had any questions or concerns. He was easy to contact. Sometimes, in dealing with agents, it feels like you call and call and they say your call is important to them, but then they never call you back. Mark always called back. Even once when I accidentally dialed him, I hung up right away. Mark called me a few minutes later, asking if there was something I needed.

Mark played mediator between buyer and seller like a true professional. In the end we both walked away happy.

Really felt like he cared about getting us the right home. 2.We absolutely will ALWAYS deal with him. He was perfect for us and we are so happy we got him as a realtor. By far best service, and we will recommend him to all friends and family. He did an amazing job and came last minute when we needed him. We felt like he actually cared about getting us in the right house. 3.The realtor we were dealing with for the sellers didn't satisfy us. He was late on getting all the stuff he needed to get to our bank in time which made us close later than we expected. It felt to us he didn't care at all whatsoever. Very disappointed. He also let his sellers leave the house a pit. Fridge was disgusting and trash bags were there when we got there. Can't believe he let them leave the house we bought for a lot of money like that. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED. I didn't want to have to type them out again for you to see! Thanks so much! Your the best! Thank you mark for everything you did for us!! We felt like we made a friend! Mark did a great job selling my home and is a great guy to work with and was a pleasure to get to know him the short time I lived in Nora Springs.
