This property was owned by my stepmother who moved to an assisted living facility in Michigan. I live 130 miles from the property and quickly came to realize that Mr Gursky was the perfect person to sell her home. This property had a lot of issues that needed to be taken care of in preparation of the sale and also to satisfy the work required to be done after the sale agreement was accepted and the closing of the house. Inspections revealed many issues, some minor and others major. Mr Gursky has a network of contractors available to make the necessary repairs in a timely fashion and at a cost that was much less than I expected. And I do have a background in completing like repairs and know the repair cost of the same. He was in constant contact with me during evenings, weekends, his family events and even during a time when his basement was flooded. I recall he called me from his basement about an issue while he was knee deep in water. He always followed up on repairs and made certain they were done properly. He was in contact with the Township and took care of all the paperwork and documents they needed to approve the house for closing. His service was par excellent in every way.
