Mark Hart was top-notch! He walked us through the entire process from prepping the house all the way to closing. As a military family it is paramount that we had a realtor we could trust as we were 1300+ miles away when our house sold. His local area knowledge/experience was a huge asset as we never had any surprises. Mark always reassured us "we can rent it tomorrow" if money gets too tight, which really helped minimize the stress of selling our first home.
