Seller reviewMark listened to what our desirable house criteria was and found houses that fell in that criteria. He always made himself available for showings at any given time, especially some of them last minute, which is crucial in this market. He responded to any texts, email, or phone calls immediately. We built more than a broker/client relationship as, we now considered him a friend. He is very trustworthy and honest, my husband and I would highly recommend him to any of our family and friends. My husband can be a very hard person to get to know and it didn't take Mark long to achieve that but, that is how we knew we were also getting the best service. He took his time and wasn't pushy, as a lot of sales people can get, he truly cared about doing the best job possible. We had many laughs together and some come to Jesus moments! As I thought I really wanted this house with a pool! SO if Mark is reading this he should laugh!
