He has his pulse on the market in the Saginaw area which helped us price our home aggressively while selling the home quickly. Mark is very patient, kind, courteous, and professional. He is professional, and has a great sense of detail. He made sure he had all the details of my situation, and I asked for and got an honest opinion on every property as they applied to "me" and what I was looking for. The service was VERY personalized. All i's dotted and all t's crossed. He sent me reminder texts and emails with all important details. I had a LOT of questions. He was timely, available, patient, and never assumed that I knew something about the process.
