Buyer reviewMy husband and I live in West Michigan; Mark was very willing to work with a local family member to help us narrow down our search of available properties. Using email and FaceTime, we were able to select the condos that met our needs, and found one that was pretty perfect during a recent visit to C'dA. Being motivated buyers joined with a motivated seller, Mark facilitated an expedited inspection and closure process that went very smoothly. I would recommend Mark as an agent who was attentive to both our priorities and the details of of an out-of-state purchase. Most painless property purchase I've had! One of the reasons we chose Mark was, that as a longtime local, he is very connected to the community and could recommend neighborhoods that would appeal to us. The purchase negotiation was swift, as the price was fair and the seller was willing to leave furnishings. He was able to schedule the inspection within a week's time, and stayed in contact through email to to help us direct the deposit money and purchase insurance. The closing at Pioneer went well and the representative there was thorough in sharing the finer points of Idaho tax law. Of the five realtors we've dealt with over about 30 years, Mark is one of two that I would recommend highly. What else can I say? The sales process went extremely well, as did Mark's representation of our interests.
