If you are someone who requires a lot of patience and guidance, then Mark Wallace is an ideal choice for a realtor. As a teacher, I like to think I am patient, but I have never met anyone as patient as Mark. He was also incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. We looked at A LOT of houses. A LOT. Mark never once seemed frustrated by my indecision. Since it was my first home, I wanted to make sure I made the right choice. Mark was very understanding of this and continually tried to find homes that he thought would best meet my needs and make me feel comfortable about the buying process. He was also very thorough during the home search. He looked for structural defects and other issues in each home we visited and presented the pros and cons of each home from perspectives I often didn't consider. Mark was able to not only find a home that fit my needs, but also to negotiate a great deal. When the inspection report revealed several significant concerns, Mark was able to reassure me that everything would be fine and negotiate a repairs agreement that I was comfortable with. He even arranged for the home inspector to come back at the conclusion of repairs to ensure they were done properly. The process of purchasing this home had several upsets along the way (none of them attributed to Mark), and Mark was so supportive and encouraging throughout everything. He really did put the client above the sale, and, for that, I am grateful. By way of realtors, Mark Wallace is an excellent choice.
