Buyer reviewMy wife knew Marlo through church and she turned out to be an ideal choice for us as an agent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. Our house search took almost exactly a year. Marlo never got frustrated with our questions or while we passed on house after house before finding the right one. She was a huge asset when we eventually did make an accepted offer and close on our home. She even dropped by after to make sure everything was going well and came with housewarming gifts for us and our kids. She was an outstanding agent. We would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

She has made sure that she has been available for all of our questions, she has given sound advice, even through difficult transaction situations (as a result from other party complications) and has made sure that we were comfortable with all situation outcomes for these transactions. In addition to the services that were extended to us by Marlo, I want to point out that Rebecca Nixon prepared our property CMA and worked with Marlo on other pertinent paperwork with the sale of our property. Buyer reviewWhen you are purchasing a house you want someone who has a strong knowledge of the market, paperwork, and what to expect in the process. Marlo has been in the business for a long time and has seen it all. There were several times because of her experience she was able to save us money and time. I would strongly suggest working with a realtor that has the knowledge base and experience Marlo has when you are purchasing the most expensive purchase you will make in your lifetime.
