We have considered Marsha Nation ever since we moved back from Lake Tenkiller. We purchased a home she was selling. Our realtor couldn't be present and Marsha handled it all beautifully. She is very knowledgeable and professional while putting out a comfortable personal touch on the process. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. We absolutely wouldn't use any other realtor. Our Son will also go to Marsha when he sales within the year. She knows exactly what needs to be done and how. She explains in detail and we trust her fully. You have a realtor that goes above and beyond with attention to detail. Our home was under contingency the first time. Buyers funds wasn't there due to their buyer. No fault due to our realtor. Our home went back on market again for a very short time. Great job! She sold our home twice due to 1st sale was contiguous. Then sold again very quickly. Happy clients.
