Marsha took the time to listen and uderstand and our needs and challenges in selling the home. She could not have been more professional. I believe she is respected by other realtors who have confidence in her listings. We had two contracts in five days. The first couple backed out. The second couple paid the asking price. The title company delayed the closing by a couple of months but Marsha was with us through the end!
