My husband, Robert McDougal, and I have one daughter and two grandsons. We have always been very supportive of our community and both have owned our own businesses in Henderson.
Personal Profile
Upon obtaining my Real Estate license in 2002, I began my career with Community Real Estate and became a broker in 2004 and Co-Owner of Community Real Estate. In 2007, I became the sole owner/Broker. After 12 years of owning my own company I decided to merge with CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty. I am a member of the National & Texas Association of REALTORS, as well as the Longview Board of REALTORS and the Tyler Board of REALTORS. I am active in my local Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce, I am on the Board of the Henderson Leadership as well as past Vice-President and past President. I have served on real estate committees for both Main Street Henderson and the Interchurch Ministry. And I am an active member of Grandview Missionary Baptist Church.

Someone willing to answer my questions, Martha was always prompt at returning my calls, and kept me informed. I appreciated all the advice and help she gave me. Martha was very easy to talk to about the house and property. She was always helpful, and patient. She understood my situation and my needing to get the house sold asap, and she came through for me. Since this was a trust, several people from various parts of the country had to approve, sign, etc. Martha was always available, and made me think I was the only client she had.
