She is always keeping me informed of what's going on, makes suggestions on what could help and just being honest. Martie did a great job in working for me as a purchaser. As we were negotiating the price and increased what we were willing to offer she also suggested something we wanted to add such as home warranty paid for by the seller. After the price was agreed to we rapidly got the contract signed and she worked with my banker in getting a copy of the contract to the bank. In addition she worked with the title company to attain an existing survey that saved me $600. As stated before she took care of her customer.

Martie was referred to us by the VA. She is from Sulpher Springs as that is where my husband & I thought we would be looking. Instead we looked further south. So every time she showed us homes it was out of her way. She was always gracious about this. I have been perfectly happy with her work. We encountered several problems & difficulties with 2 houses we looked at & were interested in buying. When those doors closed she worked to find us more homes. All in all we looked about 2 months to find the one we now own. I am thankful for all she did to help us get this home, & working through the holidays too. I would like to also note that Martie was gracious, kind, humorous, professional, & diligent. I would recommend her to others.
