Being a log home I knew it would be a little more difficult for this purchase but with every road block or issue Marty took care of it all, he worked in a very professional and timely manner. There were quite a bit of difficulties and road blocks that came up along the way on this purchase, none of them having to do with Marty Reed or Century 21 United, mostly on the sellers part, and legal technicalities with survey, but Marty went to bat for me did the lions share of the work to make this happen, He did his best to make sure that all was taken care of personally went to mayor and zoning commissioner for me to make sure everything was correct on this property, all things He didn't have to do. He really did an excellent job, I can't say enough good about how much He helped complete this purchase in a timely manner but that it was also handled the right way. If it would not have been for Marty this may have dragged out for months. A++, performance for Marty Reed and Century 21 United. He is a great agent in my book, will use Him exclusively, personally I think your company is lucky to have him!
