We ended up selling the property for more than our initial valuation, which is always a nice surprise. Even when the association at Cresthaven Villas began to throw many roadblocks in the way, Maruquel dealt with it to the point that it was a non-issue on our end. She just stayed nice, dealt with each of their requirements and saved us a lot of frustration.
